Shopping on Sempre +
You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store.
Currently, we only ship to addresses within Peninsular Malaysia.
Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.
Prices and other Applicable Charges
All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia. Prices exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Ownership of Goods
Goods ordered by you remain our property until you pay for them in full, including delivery charges.
Payment Options on Sempre +
We accept payment through paypal, credit card and bank transfer. For bank transfer, please email the payment receipt to email@example.com for our verification thus we can arrange your goods delivery as soon as possible.
Q. How long can I receive my products?
Orders will be shipped within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Typically, A general shipping time is between 3- 14 days. Shipping time may vary depending on the product(s) availability, supplier and your location. If there is an unforeseen delay, we will contact you by phone or email. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate in the product’s shipping section.
Q. What if my order is late?
You should have been given an estimated delivery time. If it changes, we will let you know straight away. While Sempre Plus cannot be held liable for any delays which are beyond our control, we will make every effort to keep you informed. If you have any delivery problems, please contact us for free on for further assistance.
Q. Do you provide self-collection service?
Yes. You can place your order on Sempreplus online store, then pick it up at our retail store. Our retail store is located at Sempre Plus, 60-02，jalan pertama 1, Taman danga utama, 81300 Skudai, Malaysia. Opening Hours: 10am-8pm
Q.My furniture is missing a piece/hardware, how can I get it?
If you order missing an item, please contact us or email us to verify if all or partial of your items and from which order id, that have a status of “Shipped”. If you have already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. We usually only have a 48-hours window to lodge claims
- At Sempre+, we ensure that all products are in high quality and we carefully inspect all orders before they are shipped. In the rare circumstances that your item has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving your item.
- All refund or exchange for any items purchased must be returned to us within 14 days upon receiving of the products ordered (pickup or delivery). No further dispute will be entertained after 14 days.
- Sempre+ may request for photos to support the assessment of your claim. If the claim is accepted, we will arrange for the replacement or we can issue a store credit for the item(s) and cover all associated shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in new and resalable condition and returned in the original packaging along with all original accessories (including manuals and any free gifts received with it). The product must not have been used or assembled.
- If you notice missing or damaged parts, please contact us right away and we will ship you replacement parts free of charge. If your product has a manufacturer’s defect, we can either replace the defective part, or, if necessary, the entire unit.
- Sempre+ does not offer cash refund option at the moment.
- We reserve the right at all times to vary, change, alter, amend, add to or remove any of these terms and conditions. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions each time you use the websites as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the website after the variation has been posted.
